LoanMaster™, is a loan servicing software system specially designed for loan accounting, loan servicing, and loan tracking functions. LoanMaster™ has been in use continuously since 1982. It was designed and developed by bankers who knew what they needed and wanted. Not by programmers who wanted to build a loan servicing system that was easy to program.

The LoanMaster system for loan servicing represents the culmination of many years experience in developing loan and other accounting systems for commercial banks and saving and loan associations.

Our software is "User Designed". It contains features requested by our users and actual lenders who are actively engaged in servicing and tracking loans. These software features are implemented in ways suggested by the users to make servicing easier.

The LoanMaster system services loans for small to medium sized private lenders. Our users are primarily retailers, real estate developers, and private lenders. It is suitable for lenders with a few dozen loans to lenders with several thousands of loans. It handles the loan types most often serviced by these lenders: Installment loans with monthly, weekly, or other periodic installment schedules as well as single payment loans and hard money loans.

It also services purchased loans and loans to finance the purchase of real estate on installment sale loan contracts. It manages and reports the deferred gain on these loans.

What exactly is a loan servicing system?

A software system is a collection of computer programs that work together to automate a complex and repetitive task. LoanMaster is a loan servicing system. Its purpose is to keep up with all the accounting data necessary to manage a portfolio of loans.

It includes a database that stores over 300 data items for each loan and 17 data items for each loan payment. It prints over 40 reports detailing individual loans and collectively the entire portfolio of loans.

It keeps up with everything a small to medium size lender needs to know about each loan. There is no limit to the number of loans it can store. A small sized disk drive could store around 8 million loans with all their transactions.
