How can I delete all the demo data and start over?
Answer:
From the main menu, select
Administration / Loan Data Procedures / Zap Current
Loan Data Base
This procedure is instant and irreversible.
What Do I Do if the Menu Selection is Grayed Out?
Grayed out menu options are not available because
they will (or may) cause damage if used at the current
time. These options are not available in live systems.
(Systems with real loan or customer data.)
If you are sure you want to continue,
From the main menu, select
Administration / System Data Maintenance / Current
System Options
Click on the tab labeled System Options 2
Click on the Edit button.
Remove the check from the Live System checkbox.
Click on Save, then Exit.
Now return to the above option and it will not be
grayed out.
