How do I delete a paid off loan?
Delete Loan
Click on the "Find Loan" button and locate the loan you want to delete then
click on the "Delete Loan" button.
Deleting a loan only marks it for deletion.
It is still in the database but cannot be seen or recovered. It’s loan number
is still an active key in the database an cannot be reused. The loan will be
physically removed from the database next time you run the reindex all files
function.
To reuse a loan number from a deleted loan, you must run the Reindex function.
